10/09/23 MONTREAL: Each Fall, Italian friends and family gather to make tomato sauce. This lengthly process begins in the early morning as friends and family work to fill up jars with sauce made from freshly squeezed tomatos to last them the entire year. This tradition is embraced by many Italian families in Montreal.
